Order Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
- Before Shipment or Bulk Processing: If you cancel your order before bulk processing begins, or before individual shipment is initiated you are eligible for a full refund.
- After Shipment or Bulk Processing: Once an order has been shipped or a bulk order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Non-Refundable Conditions
- Orders that have been dispatched or are in transit.
- Bulk orders that have been processed as per request.
- Digital or personalized services that have already been delivered.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in cases of:
- Defective or incorrect items received must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof.
- Service disruptions caused by BossCare+.
