UAE Returns Policy
For hygiene-product reasons, opened packs are non-returnable. Unopened, undamaged retail packs can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How to request a return
Email the BossCare+ UAE support team with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond with collection or drop-off instructions.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your delivery arrived damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact support within 7 days of delivery. Replacement or refund is arranged once the issue is verified.
Bulk orders
Returns and replacements on business orders are handled per the terms agreed in your quotation.
